Welcome to our blog! :)

We likely won't be updating it too much until we arrive in Hamilton at the end of the summer... This is where we will be moving for Matthew to attend seminary at McMaster Divinity College on the McMaster University Campus. We are exited about this big change that is coming, but are also finding ourselves getting a bit nervous as the moving date is only around 5 weeks away. We are also still waiting on final word of Matthew's acceptance as he was a little ALOT late to apply and then it will be a matter of getting to Hamilton in time for his first day on September 8. We are trying to decide now if we will rent or buy a home when we get there as we will for sure be there for 3 years for Matthew to finish his Master's degree... Oh they joys of decision making... and for those of you who know us well, you know that decisions aren't exactly our his strong point! :P We would greatly appreciate your prayers as we try to discern what is the best decision for us at this point.

We are excited about this opportuniy and also are looking forward to living close to my 2 brothers and Matt's brother as it's been a long time since we've all lived in the same city. The guys are already talking about weekly Playstation or X-Box evenings as well as hopefully all playing on the same rec hockey team... Looks like I'll need to take up my hobby of scrapbooking and card making again on those evenings. :)

Well that's about all for now... We are heading out this weekend for a week of camping with Matt's family, then home for a couple days and off for a bit of time camping with my family. And before we will know it, we will be packing up for the big move.
